MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – November 25, 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Michael Sullivan
Ed Deming
Michael Sullivan presented a purchase order for approval. Also, spoke about the fire training class that is scheduled for Tuesday, November 26th for Tolland Firefighters and surrounding towns.
Michael was given a budget of $50 to expend from Selectmen’s Expense for the purpose of decorating the tree on the town green.
Ed informed the Selectboard that the two Peterbilt trucks are in for service. One truck is expected back on Tuesday. With the upcoming weather Ed will contact the Town of Granville for assistant if needed.
The Board of Selectmen scheduled a hearing on the purchase of a grader for Monday, December 9th at 7PM and a Special Town Meeting on Monday, January 9th at 7PM
The Board of Selectmen is interested in purchasing Bonadies property but will have to wait until spring to revisit town finances.
