MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – October 7, 2013 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Erik Kaiser of Century 21 spoke to the board with regards to the Town of Tolland purchasing Map 410 Lot 2 for $400,000 (182 acre parcel). Eric stated that the Selectmen are only interested in part of the 182 acre parcel and the assessed value of the parcel is $255,200. Erik will discuss the information given with property owner Whitney Bonadies.
Ed requested the approval of using a work order system.
Selectboard signed a Visitor’s Code of Conduct that will be posted on Tolland’s municipal buildings.
