MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – December 10, 2012 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Robert Littlefield

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Classification Hearing: The Board unanimously approved one tax rate amongst the four property classes for FY2013.
While Robert Littlefield is acting Superintendent he will receive an addition $1.00 hourly compensation and will continue to receive overtime compensation.
Robert will be requested to turn into the board a work plan for the month of January.
The Board of Selectmen reviewed Seasonal Highway applications. Applicants the meet the position will be asked about availability.
Superintendent applications will be reviewed on Monday, January 7th at 6PM the board will go into executive session.
