MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – May 21, 2012 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present:
Minutes of the previous meeting were read, amended and accepted.
Reviewed the Annual Town Meeting warrant.
Steve was contacted by Michael Desanto who is employed by Bartlett Tree Service in regards to the care of the maple tree located on the town green. Michael has offered to voluntarily care for the tree. The board agreed.
Discussed a $65,000 payment to VTEC for the purchase of the Vaccum Tanker. The board questioned the date the payment was made.
A letter will be written to VTEC regarding the responsibility of the $100.00/day late delivery penalty.
The Board of Selectmen will place the discussion of the Town Hall hours and the Administrative Assistants responsibilities on the June 4th agenda.
The Selectmen will meet every other week starting July 9th.
Discussed the renovation of the Town Hall.
