MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – May 14, 2012 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: E. Patrick Storey
Minutes of the previous meeting were read, amended and accepted.
Reviewed the Annual Town Meeting Warrant for Fiscal 2013. An article will be adding for the Wired West joining fee.
Pat Storey representing Council on Aging spoke to the board about getting monies to publish a Tolland resident’s phonebook. Tolland’s residence phone numbers were going to be included in an Otis Phonebook that is now not going to be published. Printing costs for the phonebook are $65/ set up and $1.13 per copy to print. The Board of Selectmen increased the Fiscal 2013 Selectmen’s Expense line item to include $300 to cover the cost.
The cleaning of the Public Safety Complex will be cleaned on an as needed basis.
