MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – February 13, 2012 5:00 PM

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Robert discussed the purchasing of a radio for the Tolland Town Hall. A base radio was budgeted for in Fiscal 2012 ($1,276.25). Robert suggested a 2 mile radius portable with the cost being ($800). The Select Board approved.
The Board of Selectmen requested that Wayne compile all the Utilities for budgeting purposes. The board also asked that Wayne work on a “plan of work” for Fiscal 2013.
The Select Board voted unanimously to transfer $5,000 from Interest on Loans to $2,500 to Public Municipal and Safety and $2,500 to Furniture and Equipment.
Susan informed the board that Tolland’s register of voters must be notified in writing about the new polling location. A questionnaire will be submitted along with photo’s showing the new location.
Fiscal 2013 Selectmen’s budgets were discussed.
The Finance Committee will be requested to attend the next Board of Selectmen’s meeting on Monday, February 27, 2012.
