MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – December 19, 2011 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Edwin Deming
Scheduled a Pot Luck dinner for the Town of Tolland on Saturday, March 17th.
Officer Edwin Deming asked for authorization of funds for the recovery of two ATV’s that were found abandoned in Tolland. The funds will be used to pay for the towing and storage. Several attempts were made by the Tolland Police Department to contact the last registered owner. The Town of Tolland will take ownership of the ATV’s. The low end value of the ATV’s is approximately $4,000.00 ea.
An article will be place on the Special Town Meeting that is scheduled for Jan. 11th.
The Board of Selectmen approved of a $3,000 +/- quote from Syenergy for the rebuilding of the existing town server to be used at the Public Safety Complex.
Discussed the property located around the Public Safety Complex for future usage.
The Board of Selectmen’s next meeting will be Tuesday, January 03, 2012.
