MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – September 19, 2011 5:00 PM

John Verones, Owner’s Project Manager
John Verones presented Change Orders:
#16 Credit of $1,658.74 deleting the shower at the DPW (clearance issue)
#17 Credit of $2,500.00 fastening the roofing at the DPW (less expensive and quicker to install)
#14 $1,655.00 Additional underground conduit
#18 $1,883.85 Requested by Eric Munson – Stone drip edge 2’ off the face of bldg. (PSC)
#19 $4,488 Trench and stone swale in front of the (PSC)
Net changes $3,878.00
All changes were voted and approved.
John stated that change orders could still be pulled and funds allocated can be used for other items.
The Board of Selectmen accepted the resignation of Conservation member Byran Perry
Meeting adjourned at 6:30PM
