MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – November 29, 2010 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present:
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The Tolland Building Committee presented for payment an invoice from JTC for a washed sieve analysis on soil located at the Tunxis Club gravel pit. The Board of Selectmen refused payment of the invoice. They felt that the service performed could present a potential conflict of interest.
The Board of Selectmen authorized a mirror repair to the Tolland’s highway pick up truck to be made at Sarat Ford. The repair will be invoiced to the individual who damaged the mirror.
The board scheduled the following:
Fiscal 2012 budgets will be required on Monday, February 14, 2011.
