MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – July 26, 2010 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
Signed a license to operate a family camp for VHP
Received a letter from the Berkshire Trailriders. The letter was informing the board of their 17th annual trail ride, which will take place on August 1, 2010.
The Selectmen would like a memo sent to all departments reminding them of budget spending late in the fiscal year and over spending their budget.
An all departments meeting have been scheduled for Monday, September 27th at 7PM.
Eric Munson, Jr. and John Verones met with Attorney Jeremia Pollard to discuss upcoming contracts for the building projects. The contracts will be written by the architect. John Verones and Jeremia Pollard will review them and then present the final contract to the Board of Selectmen.
