MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – February 8, 2010 5:30 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Susan Voudren, Town Clerk
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The Board of Selectmen voted unanimously on the following:
· Drawings of the property located at 162 Colebrook River Road (Department of Public Works building) that were drawn by Huntley Associates will be used in the renovations of the building.
· To use a holding tank for the Department of Public Works building.
· The new well at the site will also be connected when a permanent location is determined.
· The grading of the site will occur during and/or after the renovations of the building.
Susan Voudren updated the board on the Ethics requirements.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30PM
