MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – October 5, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Surplus Property sale date will be November 16, 2009
SPR Stoneworks start date for the Twining Cemetery will be some time at the end of October.
Joanne Duval, Animal Control Officer notified the board of a complaint that was received regarding a Tolland resident being bit by a dog. Dog will be requested to be quarantined for 10 days. Board of Selectmen would like written statements from both parties. Legal Counsel will be notified.
