MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – JULY 27, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Robert Gery and Nick Urbinati
The Board of Selectmen reviewed the bid details for the land clearing for the new public safety complex with Robert Gery and Nick Urbinati. The bids will be opened on Monday, August 10, 2009 at 6PM.
The Selectboard authorized Robert Gery to retain Berkshire Engineering, inc. to draft/design a Septic System & Well Design for the new public safety complex.
Appointed a new Tolland Building Committee:

The Board of Selectmen, voted to call a Special Town Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2009 to vote the following:
To see if the Town will vote to transfer $50,000 from the Stabilization Fund established to defray costs of Road Reconstruction and Municipal Building Improvements, to pay costs of land clearing, septic design, well development and architectural costs related to the new Public Municipal and Safety Complex, and for the payment of all other costs incidental and related thereto
