MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – JULY 16, 2009 8:40 AM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Robert Gery and Wayne Carr
Robert Gery and The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Zoning Bylaws and also with Gloria Gery’s help determined the requirement of a Special Permit from The Planning Board.
Robert Gery presented Special Permit applications, Plot Plans and driveway permits that will be presented to the Planning Board on Monday, July 20th. The Special Permit applications were signed by the board. Robert Gery will also move forward with getting bids to clear the towns property for the new building.
Valerie Nickerson-Bird reviewed the location where all the ice storm debris will be processed for any possible wet land issues.
