MINUTES OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING – March 30, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also, Present: Wayne Carr and Edwin Deming
The Board of Selectmen met with Wayne Carr to discuss his Fiscal 2009 balance and 2010 budget request. Wayne submitted a line item 2010 budget and was asked to account each budget line accurately.
Sargent, Edwin Deming requested a white stop line be painted at the end of Colebrook River Road. Wayne will be scheduling line painting sometime this spring, but will have the DPW paint the appropriate line.
