MINUTES OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING – February 23, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. and Steven DellaGiustina Thomas Paine
Also Present: Attorney Jeremia Pollard
The Board of Selectmen voted to go into executive session 5:15PM
The Board of Selectmen voted to go out of executive session 6:15PM
Eric Munson, III expressed concerns with the condition of Tolland Mountain. He felt that mountain has not been well maintained as it has been in years past. The condition of the mountain could possible effect Emergency services and mutual aid. The Board of Selectmen will send a letter to the Sandisfield Board of Selectmen.
Dates scheduled for upcoming meetings have been changed to the following:
Town Caucus – April 6th at 7PM, Budget Hearing – April 6th at 7:15, Special Town Meeting – May 20th at 7:15PM, Annual Town Meeting – May 20th 7:30PM and the Town Election – June 1st 4-8PM
Meeting adjourned 7:00PM
