MINUTES OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING – December 12, 2008 7:00 AM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. and Steven DellaGiustina
Eric Munson, Jr. informed The Board of Selectmen that a State of Emergency was declared at 1AM on Friday, December 12, 2008.
Ted Locke, Emergency Management Director opened EOC at 1AM.
The Board of Selectmen authorized payment for all contactors and personnel needed to provide assistants for road clearing, emergency services and any other related costs due to the ice storm.
Meeting adjourned 7:30AM
