MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – October 9, 2008 11:25 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina
Also Present: Robert Gery, Robert Maselek and Michael Schafer of Huntley
Michael Schafer of Huntley stated he was happy to meet with the Board of Selectmen instead of communicating through letters to discuss the outstanding invoice. Within the contract that was signed was the wording “with good intensions”. He also stated that his company helped with water and well locations. Michael was asked why his company doesn’t do monthly billing. He stated that his billing cycle is not always set up that way. Michael stated that he is willing to work something out with the town so that everyone is happy with the outcome. Michael is willing to split the difference. The town would owe Huntley $2,270.00. The Board of Selectmen will get back to him with a decision.
