MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – June 9, 2008 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Received a letter from WPOA notifying the town of WPOA fees for Lot 10 (when the town sells the lot).
The Board of Selectmen signed a lease agreement between the town and The Congregational Church for the use of the “Town Green” for $1.00.
Accepted a tree donation from Bartlett Tree Experts. The tree will be placed on the west side of the Town Hall. Bartlett Tree Experts sign will be placed with the tree for a short period of time.
Becky Lemanski, Chairman, of Tolland Cultural Council requested permission to use the Town Green on the following dates:
Sunday, June 22nd @ 2pm - Jay Mankita - Veggie Voyager
Saturday, July 26th @ 4pm - Bruce Mandel concert
Permission granted.
Meeting adjourned 6:10PM
