MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – May 12, 2008 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., and Steven DellaGiustina
The Board of Selectmen approved of a “sign off sheet”. The sheet will be included in the Tolland’s Building Packets. The “sign off sheet” will need to be completely signed by the Assessors Office, Tax Collector’s Office, Conservation Commission, Department of Public Works, Board of Health, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals before a building permit can be issued when changing the footprint of a structure.
A letter will be sent to the Town Clerk requesting a Special Town Meeting be scheduled for Tuesday, May 28th at 7PM.
Britney Munson requested permission to use the Tolland Town Hall for a movie night fund raiser in June. Permission granted.
