MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – January 7, 2008 5:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. James Deming and Steven DellaGiustina
The board voted unanimously to go into Executive Session with Joanne Duval, Animal Inspector.
The board voted unanimously to go out of Executive Session with Joanne Duval, Animal Inspector. (5:35PM)
Steve Dellagiustina informed the board on what was discussed at the last Public Safety and Municipal Building Committee meeting.
· An addition to the existing building
· Moving the compactor to the rear of the existing building.
· Available funds.
Moving the compactor would be a process that must be approved by the state.
A Stabilization Fund for the purpose of Road Construction and Municipal Buildings was voted at the Annual Town Meeting for Fiscal 07 and Fiscal 08. Funds used must be voted. Current available balance is $85,000.
