Victoria presented her plan for listing the lots. All lots will be sold at a rate of 5% and if there is a buyer’s agent this will be split 2 ½% each.
$250,000.00 minimum bid on waterfront lot
$5,000.00 minimum bid on other lots
Signed listing agreement with Century 21 and disclosure.

Susan gave the Board of Selectmen and Wayne Carr a letter from Lilly Kelmelis asking if the flag at the Tolland Town Hall and town green could be lit.
The Board of Selectmen authorized O’Brien and Sons to continue mowing the town properties until new bids for Fiscal 08 are sent out and discussed.
