MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – February 12, 2007 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and Steven DellaGiustina
Others (Finance Committee): Mira Munson and Ted Locke
The Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee met with Thomas Scanlon, CPA to discuss the Management Letter for the year ending June 30, 2005.
Letter received from Michael Schafer of Huntley Assoc. concerning concepts for the Emergency Complex.
Letter received from Joanne Duval informing the board of her conversation with the Clerk Magistrate and the Westfield City Clerk’s Office regarding the process and preparation of a ticket for non-criminal disposition by laws. Joanne will continue to work with the City Clerk’s Office and update the Selectmen.
The Board of Selectmen met with Robert Littlefield, Sr. to evaluate his work performance.
