MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – June 19, 2006 6:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and
Steven Dellaguistina
The Board met with Attorney Jerome Scully to consider his interest in acting as Town Counsel. The Selectmen retained his services for a flat rate of $6,500.00 which would be salary and would include all legal services.
Attorney Jerome Scully was brought up to date on the current condition of the Highway Garage. Also, discussed was the receipt of an invoice from Southwick Electric.
Susan Voudren, Town Clerk mentioned that at our last town election “Constable” was omitted from the ballot. Attorney Jerome Scully replied that our current “Constable” will remain until next election.
A new “Trash Compactor Committee” will be appointed/formed after the new system is established.
