MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – April 10, 2006 6:05 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming, and Wesley Greene II
The Board of Selectmen voted to change the dump hours to Summer hours; Saturday 9-11AM, Sunday 3-7PM and Wednesday 5-7PM
Notice from Massachusetts Department of Revenue to the Board of Assessors informing notification of preliminary certification.
Suburban Appraisal Co. submitted a report on the value of the property located at Map 116 Lot 10 Beetle Road owned by the Town of Tolland to be $225,000.00 The Selectmen will be discussing with town counsel on listing the property through a realtor.
Margaret made a request to replace the town posting board located in North Tolland. The sign will be replaced with one similar to the one located at the Tolland Library.
