MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – February 6, 2006 6:15 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and Wesley Greene, II
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted.
John informed the board that Southwick Electric has started updating/bringing the electric up to code at the highway garage.
The board received a proposed agreement of $1,500 - $2,000 from Huntley Associates, P.C. to provide
· On-site visual structural inspection of current Highway Garage facility in regards to
reported structural deficiencies.
· Structural analysis and/or design repairs needed.
The Selectmen will review the agreement and discuss it at their next meeting.
Forming a “Cemetery Committee” was discussed. Jim motioned to nominate Mira Munson, Wes seconded. Eric motioned to nominate Steve Dellaguistina and Roy Jinks Jim seconded. Jim motioned to nominate Michael Dunn and Cindy Burrall Eric seconded. Letters will be sent requesting acceptance of the nomination.
