MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – December 19, 2005 6:12 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming and Wesley Greene, II
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted.
Susan Voudren, Town Clerk discussed with the board changing the dates of the Town Caucus, Town Election, Budget Hearing and Annual Town Meeting. Changing the dates of the Caucus and the Election will keep the current town officers through the budget process. In changing the dates of the Budget Hearing and Annual Town Meeting it would leave more time for budget issues to get resolved before having to set the tax rate.
Wes will be meeting with Department Heads to obtain an inventory list.
Board reviewed the DPW log submitted by John. Jim informed the board that things are going well.
