MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – March 28, 2005 6:10 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., James Deming, and Wesley Greene, II
Present:
Minutes of previous meeting accepted.
Jim informed Attorney Thomas Locke of the decision that was made by The Planning Board to deny the special permit request from Michael Lodsin. Attorney Locke informed Jim that the next step would be for the Tolland Building Inspector and Fire Chief to inspect the home and determine by their inspection if the residents is being used as rental property.
Received a nomination form for the Inspector of Animals for our town, the form is from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Animal Health. Jim motioned to nominate Joanne Duval and Wes seconded.
A letter was received from a number of private citizens concerning the recent and sudden appearance of streetlights in our town. The Selectmen will take the letter under advisement.
