MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – March 21, 2005 6:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr. and James Deming,

Minutes of previous meeting amended.
Bob Bitso-
The Board informed Bob Bitso of the meeting that they had with Attorney Locke last week regarding Michael Lodsin. Attorney Locke stated that he is willing to talk to Bob Bitso provided Bob’s attorney gives him permission to do so. Jim explained the court process that Attorney Locke had explained to them. The first question the court will ask is “What does Michael Lodsin have to do to conform?” Attorney Locke would answer, Apply for Special Permit which Michael Lodsin did and is waiting to hear from the Planning Board on their decision. The court would then request that the town wait until the Planning Board makes a decision. The Planning Board will inform Attorney Locke of the decision.
Neither Bob nor the Selectmen have spoken to their attorney’s since.
The Board approved of the appointment of Jean Armitage as Election Clerk.
