MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - Oct. 25, 2004 6:10 PM

Finance Committee
Minutes of previous meeting accepted.
Robert Bitso asked for an update on Michael Lodsin of Harvey Mountain Road. Eric informed Bob that the Selectmen have nothing new to tell him.
Bob wanted to know why his wife, Jacqueline, was told by Highway Superintendent John Panaia that the Highway Personnel are not allowed to go onto Harvey Mountain Road without Bob's permission. The Selectmen told Bob that he had already stated this at a previous Selectmen's meeting. Bob clarified his statement by asking that the Highway Department ask him for permission if they need to do any work more than five (5) feet from the curb onto his property.
Finance Committee was looking for an update on the highway trucks. The Board didn't have any new information.
Meeting adjourned 7:00 P.M.
