MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - JULY 26, 2004 6:00 PM

Minutes of previous meeting accepted:
John Panaia, DPW Superintendent discussed a matter that he is having with the Highway Department.
A letter was received from Monica Wilson of Covell Road regarding the run off of water on to her property. John Panaia spoke to her and would look into it.
John Panaia requested the replacement of the Lesco mower. The Selectmen agreed to the purchase a new mower. The monies will come from Chapter 90 and the Cemetery Account.
A suggestion was made to appoint Billy Walker to The Board of Appeals. The board approved the appointment.
Bids for the 1989 Chevy. Van and the 1988 Ford Bronco were opened.
One bid was received for each vehicle. Daniel Arnold of Schoolhouse Road bid of $200 for the Chevy bus was declined. The Board agreed to re advertise the vehicle. Michael Sullivan of Colebrook River Road bid $53 for the Ford Bronco and was accepted by the Board of Selectmen.
