Amendment to the Selectmen's minutes from April 26, 2004
Sixth order of business:
Bob Bitso asked the question about multi-family residences.
Jim replied that mother-in-law apartments were allowed, but was unsure about any regulations for multi residential housing.
It was brought to Jim's attention from a member of the Zoning By-Law Review Committee that the statement is incorrect. The current Zoning By-Law states that apartments are not permitted.
Recognized - Bob Bitso
Bitso Complaint: The question was asked, "Did the Selectmen found out anything regarding my neighbor, Michael Lodsin?"(permit given for tenants) Eric Munson answered with that they sent out a letter asking him to come in on May 24th to speak with him regarding his intent.
We heard from the school about one child but was waiting to hear about the second child. Depending on what Michael's intent is would be the next step towards Bob's answer.
Bob asked that the non-emergency number be listed in the tattler. The Selectmen agreed.

John explained to Bob what was done. Bob showed John areas of water that he would like diverted. John said that he would remove the curbs that were left and did. If there were any further problems Bob would let John know.
