Minutes of previous meeting accepted.
Meetings Report:
The Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee met on Tuesday, May 18th at 6:30PM.
Attending the meeting for the Board of Selectmen - Eric Munson, JR, James Deming and Wes Greene III. Attending the meeting for the Finance Committee - Ralph Ledger, Ted Locke, Mira Munson and Margaret McClellan.
A meeting was held on Thursday, May 20th at 6:30PM with the Board of Selectmen, Zoning Board, Planning Board and The Zoning By-Law Rewrite Committee. Attending the meeting for The Board of Selectmen were Eric Munson, JR and James Deming. Attending for the Zoning Board were Steven Bartels and Richard Pustinger. Attending for the Planning Board were James Deming and Stephen McAlister. Zoning By-Law Committee were Gloria Gery, Jeffrey Parrette, Susan Voudren and Eric Munson, JR.. Also, attending the meeting was Attorney Thomas Locke.
Ann Skibski - Wildwood Representative
Wildwood would like to be able to sell dump permits and bags. The Selectmen did not see a reason why Wildwood could not sell them. The bags would be available ASAP for sale in Wildwood but suggested that they wait until FY05 for the permits, due to the fact that the permit price has not yet been determined.
Wildwood would like to know if their is anything the town can do regarding a health issue that they have with a resident regarding household trash.
Bob Bitso – Zoning Issue
A discussion took place regarding the issue with Michael Lodsin of 250 Harvey Mountain Road. Bob would like something done immediately if Michael is in violation. Eric Munson replied that he is working on the issue with Attorney Thomas Locke. Eric also told Bob that he would be notified of the results.
Other Business: The issue with the changing of Wayne's hours was resolved between the DPW Superintendent and Wayne.
