Meeting brought to order at 7:06 pm.
New Business:
Revised site plan for Shed on 20 Owls Nest Road, Cheryl Karpman, Map 120 Lot 29 - Shed is now placed at 26” from side yard & 51” from front yard. Approved unanimously.
The Board discussed the Audubon Signage on Rte 57. Audubon will complty with the Town regulations for signs and their placement.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
