Meeting
April 29, 2015
Present: Tom Paine, Jeff LaCasse, Mike Kaminski, Jim Deming, Kathy Cowles
Meeting brought to order at 7:06 pm.
New Business:
Maurice La Casse of Chicopee presented a site plan for a house and shed at 1184 Burt Hill Road- Map 401 Lot 23.7 - setbacks appropriate. Unanimous approval.
Robert McMahon presented a plan for 111 Lakeside Dr, for Walter & Senta Stitch (Map 117 Lots 26.00 & 27.00 appropriate setbacks, plan approved unanimously.
Ruth Buchanan of 152 Slope RoadMap 114, Lot 50, was sent to the Zoning Board of Appeals to ask for a solution to her non-conforming shed which is too close to the road. Secretary to inform the ZBA of her situation and their referral.
The Board discussed the Audubon Signage on Rte 57. Audubon will complty with the Town regulations for signs and their placement.
