Meeting brought to order at 7:30 pm
Old Business: Minutes of October and November were read and approved as written.
New Business
Sue Moore discussed procedure for placement of a shed on 20 Owls Nest (Cheryl Karpman,
Map 120, Lot 29); procedure was clarified. ANR handed out and Special Permit Approval required.
Cluster Zoning was discussed and will continue at next meeting
Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm
