Present: Sean Shaw, Jim Deming, Mike Kaminski, Tom Paine, Kathy Cowles
Meeting brought to order at 7:05 pm
OLD BUSINESS:
● Minutes of the August Meeting read and accepted,
NEW BUSINESS:
● Discussed PVPC Ridgeline Regulation proposal; consensus was that it really would not apply to Tolland as points at highest elevations are in public domain (MDC or State Owned) or have already
been developed; Leaving one point in town south of the Wildwood Summer Development. The board felt that it would not be an issue. Sec. Cowles to draw up a letter to PVPC statin our decision.
