Meeting brought to order at 7:00 by Acting Chair Paine
OLD BUSINESS:
● Minutes of the July Meeting read and accepted,
NEW BUSINESS:
● Robert Sullivan (Map120 Lot 58) 26 Fox Den Road, Presented plans for additions to existing cottage/ non-conforming deck already exists. Has appeared on four separate tax bills - not an issue.
● Steve Della Guistina (Map 116 Lot 7) Beetle Road Demolition of existing structure and rebuild. Already approved during 7/21 meeting.
