Meeting Minutes
April 29, 2014
Meeting Called to Order at 7 PM
NEW BUSINESS:
° To read and discuss/approve minutes of the March meeting.
° Site plan for a Garage for property on 237 Slope of Dan & Ann Rego, Map 114, Lot 45 Presented and approved unanimously.
° Greg Messenger was referred back to the Conservation Officer to address the issue of sanitation on his property.
° Bob Iverson of 16 Ona Road (Map 101, Lot 72.0) presented a plan to build a garage on his property. Approval denied as he did not conform with the regulation regarding setback and he was referred to the Board of Appeals.
° Susan Moore asked for clarification of sale of non-conforming lots. Board addressed answered and clarified.
OLD BUSINESS:
° Further discussion of the suggested Regulations of the PVPC for Ridgeline Development for the Town. Sec. Cowles to talk with PVPC re. Topo maps/Property Line overlays for the town.
