Meeting of December 17, 2012
Present: Jim Deming, Tom Paine, Jeff LaCasse, Mike Kaminski, Shawn Shaw, Kathy Cowles
Meeting called to order by Chairman Deming at 7:10 pm
OLD BUSINESS:
- Eric Munson presented a plan for a single family house and garage on property of Donald and Suzanne Hoynosky, Colebrook River Road. The plan has been Approved by Conservation Commission re. setbacks or infringement of wetlands or waterways existing on the property or within infringement area. Building plan approved as presented. Map 401, Parcel 33.5 Lot 5.
- Cowles to send link to FEMA maps to Jeremiah Pollard with copy to Deming and to ask Jessica Kelmelis if Tolland property line map’ are available for an overlay onto the FEMAFlood maps.
- Informational Hearing concerning the Proposed Solar Zoning Regulations for Town of Tolland scheduled for January 28, 2013. Chairman Deming to post notices 14 days prior to the 28th.
