Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm by Chairman Deming
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
- Application for approval of a 1/2acre parcel to be known as Parcel A; which bounds the swimming pool on the recently purchased property was approved as presented by John Somers, representing Twining Lake Property Property to be held under a $350,000 bond until abatement of toxic material on the parcel. at which time the parcel will be turned over to the Commonwealth as part of their purchase of the Twining Property to become part of Tolland State Forest. Reference Town Map 108; Lot 29
- A & R /approved as presented to the Tunxis Club to purchase 61 acres from Twining Lake Property to complete their watershed protection to Noyes Pond.Reference Town Map 405; Lot 2 Parcel A as presented.
- Application to permit construction of a Private Residential Garage on 206 Colebrook River Road, Tolland. by Ralph Morrison of Sandisfield MA - Setback 115 ft; sideyards 60 and 500 ft respectively, and rear setback 750 ft. Approved as a private residential garage. Reference Town Map 410; Lot 15.2
