Meeting called to order at 7:14pm by Chairman Deming
Old Business:
Minutes of 9/18/2010 as revised and resubmitted were approved.
New Business:
Resignation of Gertrude McKay from the Board was accepted. Great appreciation was expressed for her 18 years of service to the Town of Tolland and the Planning Board.
Kathy Cowles will be sworn in at December meeting and will take on the position of secretary to the Board. Her duties were then outlined by the Chairman.
Mike Kaminski, Alternate to the Board, will check on possible conflict with his job and report back at next meeting.
Next meeting was scheduled for December 20, 2010
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:01pm.
