MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD

Regular Meeting of the Planning Board was called to order at 7:19 by Chairman James Deming.
Old Business:
- Minutes for Planning Board Meeting of November 16th, 2009 were approved as written. There are no minutes for the Month of December, 2009, as there was no quorum and no business to transact. Minutes for January 25th will be typed and distributed for approval at the March meeting of the Planning Board.
New Business:
- Diane Magyar applied for Site Plan Approval to operate a cookie baking business from her home at 820 Colebrook River Road, (Map 410, Lot 11.6).
- This operation qualifies as a “home occupation” according to our bylaw. She will deliver the cookies (in costume) to Birthday Parties, etc. There will be no customer pickup on site, and no signs.
- As the site of the operation is conforming, the Site Plan was approved by the three members present.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
