Regular Meeting of the Planning Board was called to order at 7:04 by Chairman James Deming.
Old Business:
- Minutes for meeting of September 21, 2009 were approved as written.
New Business:
- Bill Kozlowski of 37 Shore Road, Becket MA, appeared on behalf of David and Sharon Herzberger. The Herzbergers want to add three additions to there existing house at 10 South Trail (Map 110, Lot 20.0).
A 14’ x 14’ bedroom addition is planned for the front of the house and does not violate the required front yard setback. A 14’ x 20’ bedroom addition is planned for the left side of the house and does not violate the side line setback.
A 4’x30 foot porch was planned for the right side of the house, but it violates the side line setback. To expedite the project the contractor deleted this addition from the plan.
Letters of approval were sent to the three abutters within 300 feet. All abutters approved. Also appearing before the Board to voice their approval were Robert Gery and Steve Bartels.
The application, as modified to include two bedroom additions, was approved unanimously.
- A brief discussion was held on the status of impending Cell Tower applications.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
