Old Business:
Minutes of Special meeting of 11/20/07 were approved as written.
New Business:
Dominic Urbinati applied for Site Plan approval for construction of a two car garage at 78 West Otter Drive, Map 112, Lot 40 and 41. The site plan shows one side line setback being sixteen (16) feet from the current property line which abuts a Right-of-Way belonging to Wildwood Property Owner’s Association. Since approval of this plan would create a non-conformity, it was rejected unanimously by the Planning Board. The plan can now be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a possible Variance.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
