Special Meeting opened by Chairman Steve McAlister at 6:40
New Business:
1. Applicant: Eastern Developers, Inc.
Location: Map 401, Lot 33
Colebrook River Road
Description: Applicant requested endorsement of subdivision of parcel into 4 lots with Approval Not Required.
Action Taken: Site Plan endorsed unanimously. A fee of $105 to be collected.
2. Applicant: Halkobrin Cokorn
Owner: Robert & Mary Ann Massey
Location: Fiddlehead Road
Map 116, Lot 61
Description: Site Plan Approval for placement of a house having 1200 sq. ft. on first floor and 350 sq. ft. on second floor. A fee of $620 to be collected with application of Building Permit.
Action Taken: As all setback requirements were met, Site Plan was approved.
3. Notice of Public Hearing, October 4, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., in the Blandford Town Hall, to discuss amending the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Blandford.
4. Applicant: Bell Atlantic Mobil of Massachusetts, Ltd., dba Verizon Wireless
Location: East Otis Road
Map 403, Lot 31
Description: Planning Road was asked to approve the Notice of Decision authorizing Verizon Wireless to modify antenna types and configuration at their existing cellular tower, in conformance with all documentation submitted as part of the SpecialPermit Application dated July 15, 2005.
Action Taken: Notice of Decision was approved unanimously.
