NOI-~Submitted by Anne Stone of 263 Lakeside Drive. Continued from September 28, 2017. DEP File #306-0071. Applicant seeks to build a rock wall on the bank of Cranberry Pond. Approved as stated in the NOI. Work to be done during draw down period only.

Department of Conservation and Recreation-~Applicant seeks a three year~extension of Order of Conditions of drawdown for Otis reservoir due to expire~November 2017. Unanimous decision to grant the three year extension.

RDA- Submitted by Cheryl and Marc Karpman of #17 Lakeside Drive. Applicant seeks to thin saplings and do vista pruning by waterfront of Cranberry Pond. Unanimous decision for a negative determination RDA 2017-16. Five large healthy trees were marked that may not be taken down.
