Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held a public hearing January 26, 2017 beginning at 6:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
The matters discussed were those reasonably anticipated by the Chair and published as the agenda.

RDA-~John Balicki, 28 Ona Road. Applicant seeks to repair foundation of existing boathouse and repair sea wall within the buffer zone of Otis Reservoir. Negative Determination RDA 2017-01
Work to be done while water is low. Work is not to modify surrounding area and is to be repair, and not new. Must not change the footprint without filing proper documents and getting approval.
