Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission will hold public hearings September 24, 2015, beginning at 4:45 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA for the following purposes:

- RDA- Submitted by Christine Ferrero 53 Lands End Drive. Applicant seeks to remove and replace existing dock on Otis reservoir.
There was a Negative determination. Project approved 2-0. Work will take place after drawdown and new dock will have feet under the piers. RDA 2015-6
- RDA- Submitted by Bob and Rondi Bedor 100 Stones Throw. Applicants seek to build a dock and attach it to existing deck on Cranberry Pond. Also seek to remove one tree in the buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
There was a Negative determination. Project approved 2-0. Tree will be removed by climber due to its proximity to Cranberry Pond. Dock will be installed with feet under the piers.
RDA 2015-7
- RDA- Submitted by Carrie and Scott Burghoff 292 Beetle Road. Applicants seek to apply fill (clean topsoil) in buffer zone of Cranberry Pond.
There was a Negative determination. Project approved 2-0. Clean fill will be applied between existing stone wall and the home. A silt fence will be installed between the stone wall and Cranberry Pond. RDA 2015 - 8
