Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 MGL, the Tolland Conservation Commission held public hearings December 18, 2014, at 5:30 PM at Tolland Town Hall, 241 West Granville Rd, Tolland, MA
Conservation Commission Members Present: Alan Binder, Valerie Bird, and David Spidal

HEARINGS
Open Hearings began at 5:35 PM
- NOI- Submitted by Walter & Senta Stich of 111 Lakeside Drive. Applicants seek to build an addition to existing home in buffer zone of Cranberry Pond. Application was unanimously approved.
Application was complete and assigned a number by DEP for WPA WE 306-0062. Robert Livesque gave an overview with explanation of site plan. Robert McMahon shared information from the architectural drawings. A silt fence shall be installed between construction and the lake area. The site will be revisited at the conclusion of construction to determine plant needs in the buffer zone.
